I say........
32. Utah Utes
Short one today and then I'm off to bed. The Utes took a year to rebuild last year after the most accomplished season ever for a BCS buster in 2008 that culminated in a Sugar Bowl domination of Alabama. The Utes are still not as good as they were two years ago but have certainly improved on last years dissapointing three loss season. The Utes return a lot of talent, however, none of it is really elite yet. They are a clear number two in the MWC behind TCU, with BYU rebuilding, and the rest of the conference just not up to par. The talent will need to progress a lot next year, because it will be the last time the Utes don't get Oregon, USC, and Washington every year instead of UNLV, New Mexico, and San Diego State. There is a legitimate chance at upsetting the Horned Frogs for the conference title, and don't count out a BCS run, but for now the Utes look like a ten win team again. Unfortunately, it may take 12 to win the conference.
